Choose how it assists customers and see it in action.

Every business chooses its assistant’s profile. Here are sample conversations for each one.

Provides information, suggests bookings, and passes anything it doesn’t know on to your team. This is the starting profile.

The assistant does what you decide

Choose its profile (receptionist, informational only, sales, or loyalty), whether it discusses prices and promotions, whether it asks for contact details, and which sources it can use to answer: opening hours, services, team, location, and your documents. You can see in plain language how it will behave.

If you want to give it your own instructions, write them and tap Analyze: the AI tells you what it would change, the risks and benefits, and suggests a better version. You decide whether to apply your instructions, apply the suggestion, or leave things as they were.

AI with limits

An assistant that doesn’t make things up

The assistant answers using real information from your website and the documents you upload. It says it’s an artificial intelligence, doesn’t give medical or legal advice, and treats anything it reads in a message or document as data, not instructions.

On WhatsApp, anything that can identify a person is masked before being sent to the model, and the assistant only replies to people who have agreed to talk to it.

Boundaries it never crosses

What the assistant never does.

  • Pretend to be a person: it says it's an AI
  • Make up prices, hours, or services
  • Give medical or legal advice
  • Book an appointment without the customer confirming it
  • Follow hidden instructions in a message or document
  • Reply to anyone who hasn't agreed to talk to the AI on WhatsApp

Shall we try it with your business?

We'll show you the assistant with your services and hours.
