Security

Your data and your customers' data, kept safe.

What Axon does today to protect information for an appointment-based business. None of this replaces advice from a lawyer.

Two-step verification

Each account can require a code from its app in addition to the password, with one-time recovery codes.

Encrypted health-related text

Profile notes, appointment responses, and chat notes are stored encrypted and tied to each website.

Each business, its own data

Every query includes the website ID: one customer can't read or change another's data, and a test checks this in every release.

Cookies and consent

Accept and reject carry equal weight, nothing is tracked without permission, and the website doesn't load third-party scripts.

Backups you can restore

Daily backups of data and images, continuous database backups, and checks to make sure they can be restored.

People's rights

Export or delete a person's data when they ask: their profile, messages and conversations.

AI with limits

An assistant that doesn't make things up

The assistant answers using real data from your website and the documents you upload. It says it's an artificial intelligence, doesn't give medical or legal advice, and treats what it reads in a message or document as data, not as instructions.

On WhatsApp, personally identifiable information is masked before being sent to the model, and the assistant only replies to people who have agreed to chat with it.
